- 1 ยฝ cups sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 lb sushi-grade salmon
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 large avocado
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup edamame
- ยฝ cup crispy fried onions
- sesame seeds
- 2 stalks green onions
How to Make It
- 1Rinse sushi rice until water runs clear.
- 2Cook with water according to package instructions.
- 3While warm, toss cooked rice with rice vinegar and let cool slightly.
- 4In a bowl, gently mix salmon with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- 5Prepare ponzu dressing by whisking together soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, and rice vinegar.
- 6Arrange rice in serving bowls.
- 7Top with salmon, cucumber, avocado, carrots, and edamame.
- 8Drizzle with ponzu dressing.
- 9Finish with crispy onions, sesame seeds, and green onions.
