- 4 pieces sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt

- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp lemon zest

- 3 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- salt
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
How to Make It
- 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2Toss fries with olive oil and salt.
- 3Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
- 4In a bowl, mix softened butter with parsley, garlic, lemon zest, and salt.
- 5Set aside.
- 6Season steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 7Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steaks for 3–5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- 8Let rest.
- 9Toss hot fries with truffle oil and grated parmesan.
- 10In a pan, sauté green beans with butter and salt until tender-crisp.
- 11Serve steaks topped with herb butter alongside truffle frites and green beans.
