Creamy Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine with Ciabatta Garlic Bread

- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt

- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese

- 1 loaf ciabatta bread
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
How to Make It
- 1Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- 2Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- 3Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- 4Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- 5Set aside.
- 6In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- 7Add heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–5 minutes.
- 8Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- 9Season with salt and pepper.
- 10Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- 11Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen sauce.
- 12Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 13Mix butter, garlic, and parsley, spread on ciabatta, and bake until golden and crisp.
- 14Serve pasta with garlic bread on the side.
