Creamy Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine with Ciabatta Garlic Bread

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley

How to Make It

  1. 1Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. 2Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  3. 3Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. 4Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  5. 5Set aside.
  6. 6In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  7. 7Add heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–5 minutes.
  8. 8Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  9. 9Season with salt and pepper.
  10. 10Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  11. 11Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen sauce.
  12. 12Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  13. 13Mix butter, garlic, and parsley, spread on ciabatta, and bake until golden and crisp.
  14. 14Serve pasta with garlic bread on the side.
