Spicy Korean Pork Noodle Bowl with Green Beans & Fresno Chile

  • 12 oz noodles
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 whole Fresno chile
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 stalks green onions

How to Make It

  1. 1Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. 2Drain and set aside.
  3. 3In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  4. 4Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  5. 5Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  6. 6Add garlic, green beans, and Fresno chile.
  7. 7Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  8. 8Pour sauce over the pork and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
  9. 9Add cooked noodles and toss everything together until heated through.
  10. 10Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
  11. 11Serve immediately.
