Spicy Korean Pork Noodle Bowl with Green Beans & Fresno Chile

- 12 oz noodles
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 whole Fresno chile
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 stalks green onions
How to Make It
- 1Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- 2Drain and set aside.
- 3In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- 4Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 5Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- 6Add garlic, green beans, and Fresno chile.
- 7Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 8Pour sauce over the pork and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- 9Add cooked noodles and toss everything together until heated through.
- 10Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
- 11Serve immediately.
