Spanish-Style Roasted Chicken with Patatas Bravas & Smoky Tomato Sauce

- 4 pieces chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

How to Make It
- 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2Toss potatoes with olive oil and salt.
- 3Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30–35 minutes until crispy and golden.
- 4Rub chicken with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 5Place chicken on a baking sheet or alongside potatoes and roast for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- 6In a saucepan, heat olive oil and garlic, then add crushed tomatoes, smoked paprika, vinegar, and salt.
- 7Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- 8In a skillet, sauté green beans with olive oil, garlic, and salt until tender-crisp.
- 9Serve chicken with roasted potatoes topped with smoky tomato sauce and green beans on the side.
