Homestyle Turkey Meatloaf Plate with Creamy Mashed Potatoes & Broccoli

- 1 lb ground turkey
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ cup onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 lb russet potatoes
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup milk
- salt
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
How to Make It
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- 3Mix until just combined.
- 4Shape mixture into a loaf and place on a lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
- 5Bake for 30–35 minutes until cooked through.
- 6Meanwhile, boil potatoes in salted water for 12–15 minutes until tender.
- 7Drain potatoes and mash with butter, milk, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- 8Steam or sauté broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper until tender-crisp, about 5–7 minutes.
- 9Slice meatloaf and serve with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
