Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries with Blue Cheese, Celery & Carrots

- 1 ½ lb frozen or fresh fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 1 lb chicken breast
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ cup blue cheese
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup carrots
- 3 stalks green onions
How to Make It
- 1Preheat oven according to fry package instructions or to 425°F (220°C) if making fresh fries.
- 2Cook fries until golden and crispy.
- 3In a skillet, melt butter and add cooked chicken.
- 4Toss with buffalo sauce and heat through.
- 5Spread fries on a serving platter.
- 6Top fries with buffalo chicken evenly.
- 7Sprinkle blue cheese, celery, carrots, and green onions over the top.
- 8Serve immediately.
