Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries with Blue Cheese, Celery & Carrots

  • 1 ½ lb frozen or fresh fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup blue cheese
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 3 stalks green onions

How to Make It

  1. 1Preheat oven according to fry package instructions or to 425°F (220°C) if making fresh fries.
  2. 2Cook fries until golden and crispy.
  3. 3In a skillet, melt butter and add cooked chicken.
  4. 4Toss with buffalo sauce and heat through.
  5. 5Spread fries on a serving platter.
  6. 6Top fries with buffalo chicken evenly.
  7. 7Sprinkle blue cheese, celery, carrots, and green onions over the top.
  8. 8Serve immediately.
