Crispy Caesar Salad Pizza with Roasted Portobello & Two Cheeses

- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 cups romaine lettuce
- ½ cup caesar dressing
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- black pepper
How to Make It
- 1Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) or as high as your oven allows.
- 2Roll out pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- 3Brush dough lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- 4Top with mozzarella, parmesan, and sliced portobello mushrooms.
- 5Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- 6While pizza bakes, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, parmesan, and croutons.
- 7Remove pizza from oven and let cool slightly.
- 8Top pizza with dressed Caesar salad.
- 9Finish with cracked black pepper and additional parmesan if desired.
- 10Slice and serve immediately.
